SERVICE POLICY
Please read our service policy carefully before booking. By scheduling a cleaning, you agree to the terms outlined below. Our goal is to provide a high-quality, reliable cleaning experience for you while protecting our team and ensuring clarity for all parties
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled cleaning. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows without notice may be billed 100% of the scheduled service.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice. We will make every effort to accommodate new dates, but availability is not guaranteed. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee or result in limited options.
Pricing
Pricing can be based on several factors such as home size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, number of levels, and condition of the property. Our quoted rate assumes a typical level of cleanliness. Homes with heavy buildup, excessive clutter, or additional services may require an adjusted rate. Add-on services such as interior appliance cleaning, baseboards, doors, or furniture vacuuming are additional and will be confirmed upon confirmation of booking.
Payment
Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, or Cashapp. Recurring clients may arrange invoicing upon request.
Pets
Please secure pets during the cleaning appointment or provide guidance on safely managing them. SparkLee Clean staff are not responsible for pet behavior but will take care to avoid harm or distress during the cleaning. For safety reasons, if pets are not secured and appear aggressive or unsafe, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment.
Access to Home
Please ensure that our team has safe and clear access to your home at the scheduled time. If no one will be home, please provide keys, door codes, or lockbox access instructions. Type of access to the home will be discussed upon confirmation of booking. All codes or key/lockbox locations will be kept confidential. Please remove major obstructions and valuables from floors, counters, and areas to be cleaned for best results.
Service Limitations
SparkLee Clean reserves the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or beyond the agreed-upon scope. Our cleaners will not move extremely heavy furniture or handle hazardous materials. Clients are responsible for informing us of delicate or high-value items to avoid accidental damage.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If a service area is missed or unsatisfactory, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make it right at no additional charge as soon as possible. We strive for open communication and want every client to feel confident and happy with our services.
Eco-Friendly Options
Upon request, we offer eco-friendly cleaning products that are safer for families, pets, and sensitive spaces without compromising on effectiveness. Clients must request these products at the time of booking to ensure our team brings the necessary items on the day of service.
Cameras & Recording
SparkLee Clean staff are comfortable working in homes with security cameras. However, clients may not record audio or video of our staff without prior consent. SparkLee Clean is not responsible for monitoring or managing client-installed cameras. Staff will work around cameras when possible to respect privacy.
Agreement
By booking a cleaning with SparkLee Clean, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Service Policy. This policy aims to ensure a professional and high-quality cleaning experience.
